At angie vida, accessible from www.angievida.com, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by angie vida and how we use it.

Waitlist and Email Sign-ups

If you join the Matrix Mastery & Discovery waitlist, we collect your email address so that we can send you information and updates about these offerings. Your email address is stored with our email service provider, MailerLite, and is not sold or shared for advertising. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send you, or by contacting us.

Client Portal Members

If you become a member of the angie vida client portal, we collect your email address and the details you choose to add (such as your name, phone number and time zone), your membership plan and payment status, any questions you send us, and the answers and reflections you save in the portal's modules. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure payment page and are never stored by us. Your portal information is stored with our service providers: Supabase (database and sign-in, in Sydney, Australia), Cloudflare (website delivery) and Stripe (payments). We also use an email service to send alerts to angie vida (for example, that a payment failed or that you have asked a question); it is not used to send marketing to you. Each module tells you on its page whether angie vida can read your answers: in some modules your answers are shared with angie vida, and in others they stay private to you.

Deleting Your Data

You can ask for all of your personal information to be deleted. To make a request, email hello@angievida.com in writing, from the email address you use to sign in to the portal, with the subject "Delete my data". We will confirm by email what we will delete and when, and confirm again once it is done. Deleting your data removes your portal account, profile, membership record, saved answers and reflections, and questions. We may need to keep records that we are legally required to keep, such as payment invoices, and your payment provider keeps its own records under its own policy. If you have an active subscription, we will cancel it as part of the request.

Log Files

angie vida follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Third-party ad servers or ad networks uses technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on angie vida, which are sent directly to users' browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit.

Note that angie vida has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.

angie vida's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.

Children's Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

angie vida does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

Online Privacy Policy Only

This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in Angie Vida. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.
